DNV Culture
Employees at DNV are generally content with their work environment, including coworkers and management, but a common sentiment is that a consequence of having so many offices that operate individually is that growth within a career can be difficult. Leadership can be slow to make changes, which some attribute to the long history of the company and a commitment to keep things as good as they’ve always been. DNV culture will vary drastically by location, as local practices and norms will inevitably shape how operations run.
