Your client, ScienceCorp, has finalized a groundbreaking drug for the treatment of COVID-19. It is said to reduce the average length of hospital stays by 4 days.

The development and testing process required an enormous investment, "up to $1B or more" over the course of 2020, much of which was spent developing state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities. Simultaneously, ScienceCorp is facing significant public pressure to bring the drug to market at an affordable price, as taxpayers invested $99M in its creation.

As US COIVD-19 cases surge, ScienceCorp is feeling the need to act quickly. They have asked you to develop a pricing and distribution strategy. Who should get treatment first? How much should they charge?
