Cara Jefferson Coach Bio

Cara has completed and given hundreds of case interviews, many of which lead to offers. As part of WashU’s recruiting at Bain’s Dallas office, Cara screened 100+ resumes and understands Bain’s end-to-end process for sophomore programs, internships, and the full-time role (target and non-target undergrad). Cara can give specific and actionable feedback on case interviews (how to get from beginner to good, then to excellent), behavioral interviews (how different firms evaluate fit), and your recruiting plan (including written resources, resume reviews, math/structure drills, how to network, and last-minute prep).Cara joined Bain after completing a Biology (premed) major at WashU in St. Louis and deciding not to enroll in medical school. As a first-generation college student and American, Cara is passionate about mentoring aspiring consultants as others did for her.Currently, Cara is a Product Manager at Walmart Data Ventures.
