Benefits are considered generous and often better than what similar firms offer, and most staff are satisfied with their colleagues and work atmosphere. However, some employees have shared that after the LSEG merger, management became less communicative with staff, budgets were cut in places that negatively affected teams, and some systems are out of date and in real need of modernization to streamline processes for everyone.
